Job DetailsThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the reach of service offerings. This role includes cross-selling complementary services based on client needs and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive growth.Key Responsibilities:Must have experience selling environmental and hazardous waste cleanup services to industrial customers!
  • Collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
  • Expand services with current clients and acquire new ones
  • Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs)
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with operations to enhance the customer experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial services or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or related area preferred
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales
  • Background in industrial and environmental services strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer service orientation and independent work ethic
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
