Lockheed Martin values your skills, training, and education. We are looking for a Regional Manager to provide oversight of our Latin American Aftermarket Portfolio.

The Work:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Manage a team of business development professionals responsible for cultivating business growth initiatives across our Latin American Aftermarket Portfolio

  • Curate a pipeline of new business opportunities, to include qualification, pursuit and re-assessment on an ongoing basis. Manage Win Plan components, new business fund resources, and customer relationships across the region
  • Specific focus will be on developing and enhancing partnerships with international military operators across the region
  • Work closely with Lockheed Martin International (LMI) and GBDS to enable solutions
  • Manage broker/consultant agreements to maximize sales opportunities
  • Assist in development of product and technology roadmaps.
  • Conduct all business in strict compliance with all corporate command media and applicable state, federal, and international regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the aerospace and defense industry, preferably in the rotary-wing aircraft sector
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies, with a strong emphasis on aftermarket orders growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
  • Strong knowledge of the rotary-wing aircraft industry, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's products and services, including Sikorsky aircraft, systems, and technologies
  • Willingness to travel up 25% internationally as needed to meet customers, partners, and attend events.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with Sikorsky aircraft, including Black Hawk, Seahawk, S-92, and other models
  • Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's aftermarket support activities, including spare parts, MRO services, and other related activities
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams
  • Strong network of contacts within the rotary-wing aircraft industry, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
