Key Responsibilities
Dealer Growth & Account ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of dealer accounts through consistent outreach. Monitor buying patterns and proactively engage dealers to drive reorders, increase order size, and expand product mix.
Outbound Sales & Dealer DevelopmentExecute outbound call and email campaigns to reactivate dormant or low-volume dealers and prospect new dealer opportunities to grow the network.
Inbound Sales & Opportunity ManagementRespond to inbound sales inquiries, close house accounts directly, and support Territory Managers by qualifying and developing new dealer opportunities.
Dealer Support & Issue ResolutionServe as a trusted resource for dealers by assisting with product questions, order support, and coordinating with internal teams when issues arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-activity, performance-driven environment.
Industry ExperienceExperience in dealership-driven, Golf cart or similar B2B environments such as automotive, equipment, or wholesale distribution is strongly preferred.
Inside Sales MindsetComfortable building and managing business relationships primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication.
Hunter MentalityHighly proactive and competitive with a passion for prospecting, developing new accounts, and re-engaging inactive customers.
Confidence & Self-AwarenessConfident in their sales abilities while remaining coachable and adaptable.
Positive Attitude & High EnergyA “can-do” mindset with the persistence and enthusiasm needed for high-volume outreach and consistent dealer engagement.
How Success Is Measured
This is a performance-driven role where results matter. Success is measured through:
- Active bookings generated through outbound sales activity
- Invoiced sales and conversion of booked business to revenue
- Year-over-year growth within assigned dealer accounts
- New dealer development and new business wins
- Margin performance, with a strong focus on gross margin dollars and margin percentage
