In this role, you will accelerate regional growth by managing the full sales process, supporting and enabling distributor performance, and serving as the technical and clinical expert on OXOS Imaging products, including the MC2 platform and accessories. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities both inside and outside OXOS's existing channels, while ensuring strong pipeline health and execution across your regional territory.

Working closely with the VP of Sales, you will implement strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure that customers and distribution partners receive exceptional commercial, operational, and clinical support. Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Own responsibility for achieving and exceeding regional revenue targets for the OXOS MC2 handheld imaging system and accessories.
  • Drive direct sales opportunities by managing leads from initial outreach through closing, including demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Expand the distribution pipeline by developing and supporting regional distributor partners, ensuring they are fully trained, aligned, and engaged.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OXOS product capabilities, competitive differentiators, clinical applications, and workflow integration.

Market Development & Opportunity Generation

  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities both inside and outside of OXOS's core orthopedic and MSK channels (e.g., urgent care, podiatry, sports medicine, occupational health, mobile imaging, government/military, dental, veterinary, etc.).
  • Actively research regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide strategic penetration in emerging segments.
  • Participate in relevant industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, and networking events; report findings, contacts, and leads through Salesforce (SFDC).

Distributor Enablement

  • Serve as the sales, clinical, and technical expert for distribution partners, supporting them through demos, pricing strategy, and deal execution.
  • Monitor distributor performance, manage accountability, and ensure strong regional coverage and lead follow-up.
  • Ensure distributor messaging aligns with OXOS positioning, value propositions, and compliance guidelines.

Sales Process Excellence & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of leads, activities, stage progression, and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Identify critical data elements driving funnel performance and ensure consistent capture for forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of SFDC workflows, sales stages, and reporting to support organizational scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to implement targeted campaigns, regional activations, and customer-facing events that drive lead generation and product adoption.
  • Provide the Marketing team with real-time customer feedback, message resonance insights, competitor intelligence, and recommendations for improving market engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery, training, onboarding, and post-sale support.

Brand & Messaging Alignment

  • Ensure OXOS brand, product value propositions, and strategic messaging are consistently represented across all customer and distributor interactions.
  • Review distributor collateral, presentations, and communication to ensure alignment with OXOS's clinical, technical, and commercial standards.
  • Serve as a regional ambassador for the OXOS mission, vision, and product leadership in handheld imaging.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of medical device or healthcare technology sales experience, preferably in imaging, MSK, orthopedics, point-of-care diagnostics, or related clinical hardware.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a regional field-based role.
