Overview

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Commercial Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, win, and grow business. This is not a passive account management role-this is a true sales position for someone who thrives on building a pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing opportunities.

You'll be expected to own your territory, create momentum, and drive revenue through consistent activity, strong relationships, and relentless follow-up. If you're competitive, confident, and motivated by results, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow commercial revenue within your territory
  • Prospect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Get in front of property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals
  • Create urgency and move opportunities from first contact to closed deal
  • Represent Paul Davis in the market with confidence and professionalism
  • Stay highly visible with consistent in-person visits and follow-up
  • Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience

  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment

  • Field-based, high-activity role
  • Daily prospecting, drop-ins, and client meetings
  • Occasional evenings and networking events
