Overview
Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Commercial Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, win, and grow business. This is not a passive account management role-this is a true sales position for someone who thrives on building a pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing opportunities.
You'll be expected to own your territory, create momentum, and drive revenue through consistent activity, strong relationships, and relentless follow-up. If you're competitive, confident, and motivated by results, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow commercial revenue within your territory
- Prospect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Get in front of property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals
- Create urgency and move opportunities from first contact to closed deal
- Represent Paul Davis in the market with confidence and professionalism
- Stay highly visible with consistent in-person visits and follow-up
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Work Environment
- Field-based, high-activity role
- Daily prospecting, drop-ins, and client meetings
- Occasional evenings and networking events
