- Prospect daily through cold calls, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Get in front of property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals
- Create urgency and move opportunities from first contact to closed deal
- Represent Paul Davis in the market with confidence and professionalism
- Stay highly visible with consistent in-person visits and follow-up
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- True hunter mentality—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Highly competitive and driven by hitting goals and winning
- Confident communicator who can influence and close
- Resilient—handles rejection and keeps pushing forward
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Comfortable being in the field every day and building relationships face-to-face
- Self-managed and accountable for results
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Field-based, high-activity role
- Daily prospecting, drop-ins, and client meetings
- Occasional evenings and networking events
