Job Description

At Skilled Physicians Group, we don't just fill roles - we build partnerships, and our culture is the foundation everything is built on. We are a mission-driven physician organization bringing expert behavioral health and psychiatric care directly to residents in skilled nursing facilities across the country - committed to serving the most underserved patients in healthcare.

You'll join a team that pushes each other to grow, shows up for one another, and shares in each other's wins. We work hard, we have fun doing it, and we genuinely believe that a great culture isn't a perk - it's how we operate every single day. We are seeking a driven Market Closer who is a trusted name in the healthcare community - someone ready to own their territory, lead with integrity, and grow alongside one of the best teams in the business.

Why Work With Us?

  • You are never alone - your challenges become our challenges and your wins become our wins.
  • We invest in you through ongoing clinical education, professional development, and hands-on executive support from leadership that genuinely has your back.
  • Your ideas shape our direction, your voice has weight, and you help build the vision - not just execute it.
  • We are built on integrity - no shortcuts, no pressure tactics. We win the right way.

Territory Development: Identify high-potential skilled nursing facilities in your region and thoughtfully prioritize outreach based on behavioral health need and partnership fit.

Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent follow-through.

Performance Goals: Work toward clearly defined goals with the full support of our training and leadership team behind you every step of the way.
