Job Description

We are expanding and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals. This role is ideal for a driven leader who enjoys building teams, coaching others, and growing a successful sales organization.Key Responsibilities

  •     Recruit and onboard and train new sales agents
  •     Train, coach, and mentor team members
  •     Develop and manage sales pipelines
  •     Lead team meetings and performance reviews
  •     Support agents in achieving production goals
  •     Build long-term relationships with clients and partnersQualifications
  •     Sales, leadership, or management experience preferred
