Business Development Manager-Blossom Hotel Houston

Specifically, a Business Development Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments to drive room, catering, and ancillary revenue in alignment with Hilton Curio brand standards. Review and analyze, in a proactive manner, rate and inventory management and strategy effectiveness• Conduct regular outside sales calls, site visits, and market tours to develop strong relationships with corporate, leisure, group, and social accounts.• Entertain clients and key prospects through hosted site inspections, meals, networking events, and familiarization experiences to promote the hotel’s unique Curio Collection identity.• Develop and execute strategic account plans for new and emerging accounts, focusing on long-term revenue growth and customer loyalty.• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and networking functions to expand market presence and generate qualified leads.• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management team to identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and targeted business development strategies.• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account production in Hilton sales systems (Delphi).• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, activity benchmarks, and key performance indicators related to new account acquisition and revenue generation.• Coordinate with internal departments, including catering, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client events and exceptional guest experiences.• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
