Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mortgage brokerage sector to drive company growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and potential clients to generate referral business.
Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote mortgage products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to adapt business strategies accordingly.
Lead negotiations and close mortgage brokerage deals ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experience.
Provide ongoing training and support to junior staff and team members to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the mortgage or real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and real estate market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and partners.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
