Business Development Officer - Commercial and Business Banking

First Community Credit Union is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Business Development, based out of our Copperfield headquarters (NW Houston). The VP will contribute to the growth of the credit union by sourcing and securing new business and commercial deposit relationships. They will focus on commercial and industrial businesses within FCCU's field of membership, and leverage relationship-building and market expertise to expand the credit union's presence. Attendance at credit union industry events and community events will be vital to the success of this role. Incentives are available for this position, based on the overall deposit growth of the established accounts. The VP of Business Development reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Commercial Lending. The qualified candidate will have at least five years of business development experience. Experience with public funds is a plus.
