Job Description

Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working onsite 5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inbound leads, and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience is not required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $3,000/month guaranteed base salary

  • Commission paid on appointments, shows, and/or sales (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads

  • Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression

  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

  • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

  • Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages

  • Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in BDC, call center, inside sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service

  • Automotive dealership experience

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
