Business Development Representative – Commercial Sales Hunter

We’re a premier power washing company serving high-end residential and commercial properties across Sarasota- Bradenton Areas. As part of a national brand with 30+ years of leadership, we’re growing fast and looking for a true hunter to drive sales with property managers, commercial building owners, and business decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect Relentlessly – Spend the majority of your time cold calling, canvassing buildings, and walking into businesses to generate new clients and referral partners.
  • Focus on Commercial Wins – Target property managers, real estate groups, and commercial accounts while also tapping into residential/referral opportunities when valuable
  • Close Quick-Turn Deals – Drive sales by booking site visits, delivering proposals, and converting new business quickly
  • Expand Market Presence – Become the face of Rolling Suds in the field, representing our brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Collaborate With Leadership – Work directly with the owner and leadership team to execute strategy and maximize growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For
  • ✔️ 1+ years in outside sales, canvassing, or B2B business development
  • ✔️ Proven success cold calling, door knocking, or building your own pipeline
  • ✔️ Strong closer with consultative sales skills
  • ✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to self-generate deals
  • ✔️ Familiarity with property management, real estate, or commercial services is a plus
