What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to new leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
  • Generate interest through follow-up and cold outreach
  • Set appointments for the sales team and help ensure customers show up
  • Keep our CRM updated with accurate customer information (name, phone, email)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to support promotions and campaigns
  • Deliver a professional, friendly experience that reflects the Ford brand

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • Organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude
  • Automotive experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
