We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.

Requirements
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients (offering janitorial and non-janitorial services), qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
What you will do...
- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Conduct professional needs assessments and present customized facility solutions.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals.
Requirement:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- B2B sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
