This is a high-activity outbound role,  heavy cold calling, daily outreach, and trade show presence. You’ll book meetings with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams, helping manufacturers improve visibility and performance on the factory floor.

We’re looking for someone competitive and resilient, with a background or strong interest in industrial automation, engineering, or manufacturing operations,  someone who wants to grow into an Account Executive and eventually own their book of business.

At Teeptrak, growth isn’t a perk, it’s the expectation.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) daily
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities within manufacturing accounts
  • Book and run discovery calls with operations and plant leadership
  • Represent Teeptrak at trade shows and industry events
  • Learn our solutions deeply enough to speak confidently in industrial environments
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move deals forward
  • Maintain clean CRM data and consistent pipeline reporting

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales, business development, engineering, or manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable making 70–80+ outbound calls per day
  • Confident speaking with plant managers and technical stakeholders
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by targets
  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline
  • Interested in growing into an Account Executive role

Bonus If You Have

  • Background in manufacturing engineering, production, or industrial tech
  • Experience in industrial SaaS, OEE, MES, or factory systems
  • Trade show or event marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
