Your Impact
Drive Revenue: Reach out to customers to generate new service leads and promote seasonal maintenance specials.
Expert Consulting: Educate clients on our technical capabilities and the long-term benefits of certified vehicle care.
Manage the Pipeline: Schedule service appointments and perform follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM/DMS systems.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Department to deliver a gold-standard customer journey.
Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance goals and KPIs.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have a background in sales or customer service (automotive experience is a major plus!).
Persuasive: You possess a natural ability to connect with people and follow through until the job is done.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRM platforms and modern digital tools.
