#####Your mission######As a Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will be responsible for account management of clients and partners. You will drive engagement through effective communication, both online and at in-person events, ensuring strong relationships and business growth.######What you'll do at UiPath#####- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients and partners- Engage clients and partners through online channels and in-person events- Identify opportunities for business expansion and cross-collaboration- Represent UiPath at industry events and partner meetings- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients and partners #####What you'll bring to the team #####- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships- Experience engaging stakeholders both virtually and in person- Strong organizational and time management abilities #####Nice to have ####- Experience in the technology or automation industry- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
