Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline and support complex sales cycles. This is a high-impact role requiring ownership of strategic outbound execution, and close collaboration with Business Development Executives (BDEs).

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

  • Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Execute outbound campaigns and generate new opportunities
  • Follow up quickly on inbound leads
  • Identify key stakeholders and buying centers

Sales Execution & Collaboration

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDEs
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Partner with BDEs on account strategy and deal progression

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging and targeting
  • Contribute to outbound playbooks and best practices

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting targets
  • Generating high-quality, multi-threaded opportunities
  • Strong conversion across inbound and outbound efforts
  • Becoming a trusted partner to BDEs

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2–5+ years in BDR/SDR or inside sales roles
  • Proven success exceeding pipeline or meeting quotas
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
