What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll own your territory and drive new business by:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory
- Engage decision-makers and become a trusted advisor to SMB customers
- From first contact to close, you’re in control of your deals
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Position WOW!’s broadband, internet, and voice solutions with confidence
- Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast, and maximize efficiency
- Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong drive to win
- Comfortable working in the field ~80% of the time
- Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and closing
- Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Outside sales experience is a plus—but not required
- If you’re motivated and coachable, we’ll help you succeed.
Work Environment
- Field-based role with regular travel within your territory
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Active role involving driving, walking, standing, and engaging with customers daily
