What Small Biz Heroes Does

We're a capital advisory firm fighting for small business owners who've been overlooked or underserved by traditional banks. We don't just connect clients to lenders - we build fundability strategies, guide owners through the funding ladder, and deliver real working capital solutions that move businesses forward.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

You'll work a structured pipeline - a mix of warm inbound leads generated by our client acquisition systems and outbound relationship-building with business owners and referral partners. You're not dialing blind. You're having real conversations with people who already have a reason to talk.

Day to day, you'll qualify opportunities, guide clients through the funding process, and close deals that create real outcomes for small business owners. Our systems, scripts, and training exist so you can focus on execution — not guesswork.

High call volume is part of the role. So is high income for people who show up and work the process.

Compensation

• $36,000 base salary ($3,000/month guaranteed)
• Uncapped commission — $100K–$250K+ is realistic for reps who execute
• Bonus opportunities through fundability and advisory services
• Your income grows as you grow. No ceiling, no politics.

Requirements

No degree required. We hire based on character, drive, and coachability — not credentials.

• Must be able to commute to our Charlotte office Monday through Friday
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone and video
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems and sales technology
