Job Description
Were looking for a motivated, outgoing, sales-focused individual to join our team as an independent contractor in a high-upside business development role. This individual ideally has 1-3 years of commercial insurance experience at a minimum.

Salary Range: $85000.00 - $120000.00 per year

What Were Looking For:
- Licensed Insurance Agent: Active P&C insurance license for Kansas is preferred. Not required.We pay for Licensing if you do not already possess them.
- Sales Experience: Whether you're experienced in insurance or another sales field, were looking for someone with a passion for business insurance and helping business owners find the best insurance solutions.
- Self-Starter with Team Mindset: You should be motivated to achieve your sales goals, but also someone who enjoys building real relationships with clients.
- Strong Communicator: You'll need excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and explain insurance products in an easy-to-understand way.
- Networking Enthusiast: If you enjoy connecting with others and building relationships, youll thrive in this role. Networking is essential for expanding the agencys client base.
- Goal-Oriented: Were looking for someone who enjoys setting goals and achieving results, all while contributing to the agencys success.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM tools and managing digital communication will help you succeed in this role.
