Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Conduct risk assessments for potential clients to tailor insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding coverage options and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on market changes and emerging insurance products to better serve clients.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business insurance products and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software related to insurance sales and management.
  • A valid insurance license and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
