Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
· Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic and operational goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation, cleansing, and governance practices.
· Utilize SQL and other query languages to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
· Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visual storytelling.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, metrics, and analytical best practices within the organization.
· Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.
· Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and core values.
Starting Salary: $74,500 annually
