Job Summary
The Business Intelligence and Systems Integration Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, optimization, and seamless integration of the organization's enterprise systems, with a primary focus on the ERP, IMS, CRM, and QMS data landscape. This role ensures that all data and system integrations align with business objectives, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency and decision-making capabilities. The position will lead cross-functional teams to manage the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) and champion data governance, security, and compliance best practices across all integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ERP and data integration landscape within the Azure environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions and priorities
- Drive digital transformation and modernization efforts across administrative and operational platforms
- Systems Integration and Management
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFF, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and their integrations with other internal and external systems
- Ensure seamless, secure, and compliant data exchange across all systems by managing the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines and integration middleware (e.g., Azure Data Factory, API Management, Mulesoft and/or Boomi)
- Manage the relationship with cloud service providers and other third-party vendors, ensuring contractual compliance and service quality
- Data Operations and Governance
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, and ITAR).
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data lakes, data warehouses, and databases within the Azure ecosystem, optimizing for scalability and performance.
- Champion data quality control processes, including data cleansing and validation, to ensure trusted, high-quality data is available for analysis and decision-making.
- Operational Excellence and Problem Solving
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead resolution efforts to minimize downtime
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration, recommending solutions for improvement
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets for all integration initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Improve workflow efficiencies with software across the platform and within the companies
- Develop dashboard and reporting tools to provide real time KPI access across the portfolio
- Team Leadership and Development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
- Support due diligence and data integration for M&A
- Promote a data-driven culture and evaluate emerging technologies to improve business performance
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, BD, Engineering and company leadership to translate data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience
- 10+years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise application management, data management, and systems integration.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role, overseeing technical teams in a large, complex organization.
- Proven experience managing ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFF) and their integration.
- Deep technical exposure to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database).
- Extensive project management experience (PMP certification is a plus) and familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.

- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence change and build consensus at senior levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations.
$120,000 - $180,000 a year

Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $180,000
Base Location: Riverside, CA, and Ontario, CA. Partial remote flexibility.
Travel: As needed to various company facilities
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Total compensation will also include a comprehensive set of benefits including but not limited to: Company paid employee medical, dental and vision insurance. Retirement plan participation (eligibility required), paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.
