Job Description

Bravera is hiring for a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst- CRM & Reporting in either Bismarck, ND or Dickinson, ND. This position is responsible for gathering, maintaining, and integrating reports across Bravera’s business systems, with a primary focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, reporting development, and data analysis. This role will deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support executive decision-making, provide actionable insights through data analysis, and recommend key performance metrics to optimize business performance. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful reporting solutions.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  1. Deliver standard and ad hoc reports to support decision-making, provide a actionable insights and through data analysis.
  2. Managing and designing a dynamic and self-service reporting environment to meet department objectives, business development and overall corporate strategy.
  3. Is a strong self-starter, promotes teamwork and open communication within the department and with all subsidiaries of Bravera.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports within Business Intelligence systems like Salesforce/360 View, Financial Performance Suite, Cognos and S&P Global.
  2. CRM Support: Maintain and enhance CRM system data integrity, ensuring accurate data capture and integration with other business systems.
  3. Reporting Development: Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using BI tools (e.g., Cognos) to support executive and operational needs.
  4. Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Metric Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize business performance.
  6. Data Integration: Assist in integrating data from various business systems to create cohesive, reliable reporting structures.
  7. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct specialized analyses as directed by management to support strategic initiatives.
  8. Documentation: Document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to align reporting solutions with business needs.
  10. Will promote teamwork and open communication.
  11. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  12. The employee will adhere to all rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. 
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the organization.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in integrating JHA Enterprise Workflow processes and reporting into the CRM ecosystem.
  2. Create presentations and reports based on analyses
  3. Work with departments to identify opportunities for business process improvements
  4. Develop and maintain sound knowledge of Bravera’s business lines and operations
  5. Influence data strategies and overall roadmap for building efficient data solutions with data integrity top of mind
  6. Provide direction and coaching to end users on how to use & interpret metrics and the CRM tasks and roles.
  7. Manage special projects and initiatives, as requested. Assign projects and initiatives to department staff and provide guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: four years of post-secondary education (preference: business analysis, information systems, computer science, business administration or other related field)

Or

  • Experience: four years of analytics experience
  • Or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Key qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools
  • Skilled in creating complex reports, dashboards, and managing data integration/ETL processes
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and critical/strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; willingness to provide after-hours support
  • Forward-thinking with solid business acumen
