Hourly base pay rate is $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.   • Currently a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in a related field(including sciences, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer sciences, UX design, marketing, etc.).  

  • Proficiencyin Excel and SQL is; experience with Python and Power BI is preferred but optional.

  • Analyticalskills, includinga curiosity about exploring data to find new insights.  

  • Strong communication, relationshipbuildingand organization skills.  

  • Ability to responsiblyleverageAI to complete tasks.

  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and asking for clarification when needed.

  • Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches.

  • Computer skills which include Microsoft Office suite and online research ability.

  • Demonstrated basic AI literacy and ability toleverageAI tools to accelerate analytics tasks such as querying, reporting,datavalidationand repetitive tasks.
