Job Description

Business Law Attorney | St. Louis, MO | 4–8 Years Experience

A respected and growing law firm in the St. Louis area is seeking a Business Law Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join its expanding team. This position offers the opportunity to focus on transactional matters, business litigation, or a combination of both, depending on your experience and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of business and commercial legal matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal agreements
Support business transactions and corporate matters
Handle commercial litigation matters, if aligned with your background
Build strong client relationships and provide practical, strategic legal counsel

Qualifications:

4–8 years of experience in business law, including transactional work, litigation, or both
Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for admission through reciprocity/waiver
