Our team seeks a Business Leadership Trainee to generate pipeline and close Quantum Fiber business. This customer-facing role focuses on prospecting and relationship-building — all in an effort to convert opportunities into revenue. The Business Leadership Trainee must also identify prospects, run outreach campaigns, demonstrate Quantum Fiber technology’s benefits, and close new accounts while collaborating with upper management. The Business Leadership Trainee will work to:
Prospect and qualify new business leads for Quantum Fiber solutions.
Conduct customer-facing presentations and virtual demos.
Close new accounts and meet monthly revenue targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing for targeted outreach campaigns.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
Attend networking events to generate qualified leads.
Provide feedback to product and sales leadership on market trends.
The Business Leadership Trainee has to have:
Previous B2B or B2C sales experience is highly preferred.
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up cadence.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
CRM and pipeline management experience.
Competitive drive and comfort with commission-based pay.
Tempe-based and able to attend local meetings.
