Job Description
Business Management DirectorResponsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to manage their business functions and provide them with
- effective, efficient solutions
- Financial reporting functions including monthly cash flows, contract analysis, and
- supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements
- Prepare client meeting packages regarding financial projections, financial investments,
- contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters
- Manage employees to ensure they are accomplishing objectives and meeting
- productivity standards
- Interview and oversee the onboarding and training for new staff
- Assist with tax projections and year-end
- Recruit and meet with prospective clients
- 5+ years of business management experience within the entertainment industry and/or with high net worth clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record for managing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent research and writing skills
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Portable book of business highly desirable
- Proficient in Excel, Word, DataFaction/AgilLink, and QuickBooks
