Job Description

We’re growing our team on the TruConnect campaign and looking for a driven Business Management Trainee to join our community-focused environment. This Business Management Trainee opportunity is great for someone who enjoys fast learning, collaborating with others, and building real world skills. As a Business Management Trainee at Crescendo Consulting Inc, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to leadership, operations, and client support while contributing to the TruConnect campaign. What You’ll Do

Learn core business operations and leadership skills as a Business Management Trainee.
Support daily account activities alongside a Junior Account Manager/Senior Account Manager.
Assist with the coordination and execution for the TruConnect campaign.
Work closely with a Junior Account Manager to support client relationships.
Collaborate with team members and a Junior Account Manager to meet goals.
Gain hands-on experience preparing for advancement into a Junior Account Manager role.
Contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement on TruConnect

What we are looking for:

A High school diploma or equivalent is a standard requirement
Previous experience at management level is a preference not a key requirement
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skill
A dedicated team player who is motivated and driven
Confidence to contribute ideas and ask questions in a collaborative environment
Eagerness to grow in a sales environment and excel
