Looking for the opportunity to BUILD YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINING BUSINESS INSIDE AN EXISTING GYM CHAIN?We are switching our mode of employing trainers from W2 staff to leasing out space in each of our 9 locations to ONLY TWO TRAINERS per location. These trainers will be fed PT leads by the managers, and be able to headhunt on the floor/bring in outside clients. You will get ALL the facilities PT business plus whatever you can generate on your own. Think you have what it takes to be a SIX FIGURE personal trainer? ATL Fitness 24/7 is the largest and fastest growing non franchise/independently family owned gym chain in North Georgia. We are a full service 24 hour fitness center, specializing in boxing/kickboxing classes alongside traditional personal training, bootcamps, and individuals working out in our large and fully appointed 24/7 gym space.Our locations range in size from 6,000 sq feet going up to almost 20,000 sq feet, and everything in between. We are hiring a independent trainer at multiple ATL FITNESS locationsJob requirements include:-Sales experience (preferably in the fitness industry)-Gym experience (personal training, sales desk, etc)-Good people skills (dealing with members, potential members, and staff)-Sales ability (this job is largely a sales position)-Good admin ability (must be able to follow protocols for dealing with large numbers of sales leads, sales follow ups, managing a personal training calendar for your trainers, etc)-Must have a good sense of humor!This a 1099 position with flexible hours, and the only role outside of training would be cleaning up the training space you are using.PAY=s 85% of ALL training revenue you generate (the house gets 15% to cover merchant fees and chargebacks etc.)RENT: You pay between $1,000 and $2,000 per month rent to the facility depending on how busy the gym isWE: Book evals for you, help you close deals, process all payments, go after declined payments, send people to our collections agency, provide all sales material, provide 24 hour access to the gym, provide all scheduling software you need. YOU: Train clients, work an agreed upon minimum schedule, clean up after yourself/help keep the gym clean and orderly, send out confirmation texts to all clients on the schedule, work with manager to keep your calendar in order
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
