Our skilled nursing facility Business Office is seeking a part-timeresident-focused Collections Concierge to support residents and their representatives from admission through discharge. This role blends hospitality and collection coordination with a strong emphasis on Medicaid awareness, application, and private pay collections.Key Responsibilities:· Bill, monitor, and collect private pay accounts monthly and ongoing following procedural policy, maintaining accurate collection documentation while demonstrating drive, comfort, and confidence collecting outstanding balances (statements)· Serve as the primary financial point of contact for residents and their representatives from admission through discharge to include attending interdisciplinary staff meetings (meet w/ them at admission, ongoing)· Coordinate, track, and follow through on all components of the Medicaid application process, including documentation and deadlines on Medicaid eligibility and financial options under the guidance of a Lead · Cross-training to offer coverage and support for Business OfficeQualifications:· Associate Degree and/or Minimum of two years of collections or equal experience preferred· Proficiency with Microsoft and Organizational Software Applications· Positive communication and customer service skills· Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy· Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience helpful· Salary based on experienceBenefits (Full & Part-time Only)
