Job Description
The Facilities Management Business Operations Analyst provides centralized financial analysis and benchmarking support for Facilities Management operations across the BHSF hospital system. The role is responsible for standardizing Facilities Management financial reporting, monitoring operating and capital expenditures, supporting budget development and forecasting, and validating systemwide benchmarks related to maintenance, utilities, staffing, contracted services, and asset management. This position partners with Facilities leaders, Supply Chain, Productivity Analytics and Finance to improve cost transparency, financial controls, and data-driven decision-making across the hospitals. The estimated pay range for this position is $58494.88 - $76043.34 / year depending on experience.
Degree:
- Bachelors
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or related business discipline required.
- 5 years of experience in facilities or operations management accounting, project accounting, or cost control preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations budgeting, rolling budgets, cost accounting, project accounting, and construction financial processes preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial modeling/reporting tools.
- Experience with construction project systems, work order management systems, PowerBI is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
