Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Beaverton, OR Introduction The role focuses on providing essential services to ensure a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment. The position supports office functions, logistics, and presentations, contributing to a positive workplace experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2. Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience. Proficiency in using online reservation systems for travel arrangements. Experience supporting VP level/ C-Suite would be preferred. Presentation skills will be crucial
- Will help with all team meetings. Meeting facilitation
- Scheduling and running PowerPoint presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar, Slack, Box. This role will support a VP within our Technology organization. They will also provide support to two senior directors under VP. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion. Strong computer skills for creating high-quality presentations under tight deadlines. This is not leave coverage. Possibility to apply for an FTE opening down the road. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform general office functions such as maintaining files, arranging meetings, and handling mail. Coordinate a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements, including venue selection and catering. Prepare special reports and presentations by gathering and compiling relevant information.
