You’ll be the connective tissue across the company—turning insight into action, chaos into structure, and vision into strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on everything from internal operations to external go-to-market strategy, market intelligence, and investor communications.
This is a role for someone who wants to build not just the “how,” but also help shape the “why” and “where next.” If you're strategic, resourceful, and motivated by impact, we want to meet you.
What you’ll do
Operational analysis: Support improvements to processes, tools, and team workflows. Help assess the current state, identify gaps, and track execution.
Project execution: Own workstreams within cross-functional initiatives. Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver clear outputs.
Reporting and systems: Support dashboards, internal reporting, and operating cadences (MBRs, weekly reviews, leadership updates).
SOPs and documentation: Draft, update, and maintain SOPs for core operational workflows. Partner with Ops, Product, and Deployments to keep documentation accurate and usable.
Operational tracking and follow-ups: Maintain trackers for key initiatives, action items, and risks. Follow up with owners and ensure nothing drops.
Decision support: Analyze operational and financial data, build models, and develop recommendations to support hiring, capacity planning, and go-to-market execution.
Must-have experience
1–3 years in operations, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment
Experience breaking down ambiguous problems using structured approaches
Comfortable working across functions and with senior stakeholders
Excited about improving healthcare operations and building scalable systems
Nice-to-haves
Have experience in AI, healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries.
