Summer 2026 Internship
Business Operations enables process development and continuous improvement through strong project management and cross-functional collaboration. As the Business Operations Team Intern, you will support the foundational evaluation of our systems and also assist with the hands-on cleanup and reorganization of these systems. This work will help streamline operations and prepare our content, workflows, and project management environment for AI integration.
This role is highly collaborative and operational in nature. It is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, improving processes, and working closely with cross-functional partners to make systems clearer and easier to use. You will work directly with Business Operations (primary partner while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Creative Teams.
You will report to the Director, Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Audit, organize, and recommend improvements across our core operational systems (Asana, Google Suite, Figma, Air).
- Assess how naming conventions, tagging systems, folders, and workflows are currently used across teams.
- Identify inconsistencies, redundancies, or gaps that impact efficiency.
- Partner with team members to understand workflow needs and pain points.
- Recommend and help implement standardized structures and improvements.
- Execute system cleanup and support adoption through clear documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Available to work 32 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) starting May 26, 2026 through August 6, 2026.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in project management, marketing operations, business management, communications, or design-adjacent fields
- Curious about improving workflows and how AI can support team operations.
- Interest in systems, digital organization, operations, or workflow design
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience with tools like Asana, Google Suite, Figma, or Air is a plus (training provided).
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby most teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. The primary location for this role is Summit, NJ. We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. Interns are required to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be paid an hourly wage of $20.00 as a part-time seasonal employee.
