Business Operations Manager

Manitowish Waters, WI

We’re searching for an Operations Manager who feels at home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. As a key member of EAU’s Leadership team, you will help advance our vision of exceptional service for every customer and guest. This is a dynamic, hands on role that includes: upholding quality and performance standards, leading critical operational initiatives and developing a strong team to support our growing businesses.

This position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Position Responsibilities

Meet the operational and workforce challenges of hospitality businesses.
Keep a highly visible profile with a “can do” leadership style to achieve exceptional results.
Champion innovative ideas to improve the quality of our product and service offerings.
Forecast staffing needs and develop approaches to attract and retain top talent.
Organize training programs to ensure associates deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Negotiate agreements and manage vendor performance.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of management experience.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with remote departments that support the businesses.
Experience working with community-owned outdoor recreational assets, like bike trails.
Solid financial and analytical skills to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Detail-oriented self-starter who’s able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
