Pursuing abachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing or equivalent area of study and graduating by June 2028 or earlier
Project management and process improvement knowledge, with ability to create,modify, and document processes
Ability to prioritize,possessingtime management and organizational skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Word,PowerPointand Excel
Ability to learn new toolsand software to perform day to day activities
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week

Agilemethodology
Tools: Salesforce, Confluence and Jira
Impact You'll Make:
Reportingand help create visualizations of the data to help stakeholders easily reference and understand the metrics
Update and clean up the records/attributes/repository in theSalesforceplatform
Create training materials, /userguidesand knowledge articles(internal and client facing)needed forself servicesupport
Compile and deliver meeting notes and user responses as needed
Work on and present a specialproject to the larger Client Operations team
The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual’s education and experience.
