An established, high-performing franchised sign and graphics center in Aiken, SC is seeking a third business partner to join ownership as an Owner-Operator. The current ownership group intends to remain actively invested in the business while shifting their day-to-day focus toward other ventures and investments. As a result, this role is designed for an Owner-Operator who will take full responsibility for running the shop’s daily operations. The existing owners will provide ongoing guidance, strategic direction, and training to ensure a smooth transition and continued success, while empowering the new partner with the autonomy needed to lead and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sign and graphics center

• Lead, manage, and develop a small team of production and sales staff

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value and complex client projects

• Ensure operational efficiency across sales, production, and installation workflows

• Maintain high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency

• Drive revenue growth through local business development and relationship management

• Collaborate with existing ownership on strategic planning and performance goals

Compensation & Ownership Structure

• Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

• Equity Vesting: Earn ownership in the business over a defined period based on performance and tenure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in operations, production, or small business management

• Strong ability to manage people, processes, and customer expectations simultaneously

• Experience in signage, printing, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus—but not required

• Financially responsible and capable of thinking like an owner

• Must live in the Aiken, SC area
