Business Process Analyst

You will be the Business Process Analyst for the Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering efficient, high‑quality manufacturing processes that keep people safe.

What You Will Be Doing

At Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control we apply purposeful innovation to solve complex challenges. As the Business Process Analyst you will partner with the Ocala Production Planning and Control team to drive system improvements, streamline processes, and deliver data‑driven solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with end users to design system enhancements that reduce cost and improve quality.
• Serve as liaison between developers and end users, managing change communication and training documentation.
• Prioritize and present change requests on system change boards.
• Translate business data needs into functional requirements and work with analytics teams to build enterprise reporting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues in manufacturing systems, managing error queues in SAP and Apriso.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Apriso
• Forward-thinker, growth mindset, change agent
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional environment
• Understand how to align future state processes to achieve business outcomes
• Excellent project management skills
• Due to facility requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration

Desired Skills:

• MES and ERP experience
• Knowledge of relevant processes and systems
• Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support including executive stakeholder management
• Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
