We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
Designs and develops Tableau dashboards to extract data from various environments for ingestion.
Performs data modeling for visualization and analytics solutions.
Translates complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights to guide improvement activities.
Authors and maintains report-layer assets in Tableau for report-level transformations and measures.
Connects and integrates data from multiple systems in Tableau dashboards.
Works in a Tableau environment with source-controlled version management.
Uses Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development and reporting.
Communicates findings effectively to lay audiences and business stakeholders.
Uses data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization.
Collects, cleans, and visualizes data to support decision making.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Familiarity with programming and scripting languages for data manipulation including Python, R, and SQL.
Understanding of key project metrics including KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance.
Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data to support decision making.
Experience with data modeling and visualization tools.
Experience with SharePoint and other modeling and visualization tools.
Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple systems in Tableau.
Ability to author and maintain report-layer assets in Tableau.
