- Coordinate ERP development, enhancements, and ongoing support with third-party vendors, including ticket management, prioritization, testing, and release coordination
- Provide advanced ERP user support and serve as the escalation point for system issues, troubleshooting, and operational continuity

- Own ERP reporting and dashboard strategy, ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized operational and financial insights
- Analyze and modernize accounting-related ERP processes (AR, AP, invoicing, reconciliation, GL balancing, reporting) to eliminate manual effort through automation and AI-driven solutions
- Ensure accounting workloads are optimized and automated to maintain focus on ERP administration, system ownership, and project execution
- Plan and execute ERP upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring stability, readiness, and minimal business disruption
- Develop and maintain ERP technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials to support consistent execution across the organization
- Act as the primary ERP liaison between IT, accounting, operations, and external partners
- Balance day-to-day ERP administration with strategic optimization initiatives and long-term ERP roadmap planning
