Role: Business Process Management Consultant (Healthcare) Location: Columbia, Maryland (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract-to-HireJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Management Consultant with a strong healthcare payer background to lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives. This role will focus on provider data operations, process optimization, governance, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities

Lead process management, optimization, automation, and reengineering initiatives.
Develop process architecture, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement strategies.
Partner with leadership to improve provider data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives within a matrix environment.
Create sustainable and measurable business process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Process Transformation.
Strong healthcare payer/provider operations background.
Hands-on experience with Provider Data, Claims Operations, and Provider Data Governance.
Experience with FACETS and Salesforce is required.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), BPM, PMP, or CBAP certifications.
Experience working with enterprise process frameworks and operational excellence programs.
