- Attend real estate networking events and industry meetups.
- Host or coordinate events to develop new partnerships.
- Maintain regular contact with referral partners.
- Generate off-market deal opportunities through relationships.
- Identify potential investment opportunities from referral partners.
- Work with internal acquisition teams to evaluate opportunities.
- Maintain a growing database of referral partners.
- Build long-term trust with real estate professionals.
- Serve as the primary relationship point for external deal sources.
- Implement outreach campaigns to grow referral channels.
- Manage relationship follow-ups and communication.
- Track opportunities and partnerships in CRM.
- Outside sales.
- Real estate agent or mortgage broker.
- Car sales or commission sales.
- Business development.
- Community or event networking roles.
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
- Build genuine relationships.
- Communicate confidently with strangers.
- Stay motivated despite rejection.
- Consistently generate new conversations and opportunities.
- Highly social.
- Naturally relationship-oriented.
- Comfortable networking frequently.
- Self-motivated and independent.
- Able to close opportunities when they arise.
- Base Salary 60k base
- Commission per deal closed- $350
- Expected earnings: 70k -80k
