As the Business Service Advisor at our Miramar Operations Center, you will drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, recommending appropriate products and services, and closing sales. The role serves as a trusted partner to members, providing tailored guidance to address business needs and support organizational goals. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, effective time and organizational management, and a strong member‑focused approach.

Business Service Advisor responsibilities

• Responsible for driving business growth within assigned regions by cultivating strong cross-functional relationships across all lines of business.
• Engage in networking events to establish strong relationships with community stakeholders to drive new business activity and maintain current business.
• Collaborate with marketing, products, and member support teams to ensure member satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business members.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Business Service Advisor requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in retail banking or financial services back-office functions required.
• Two-year College or University diploma (Associate's) in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Must complete the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants Simplified Examination within 60 days of employment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Business Service Advisor Compensation

• Starting Salary: $28.13 - $29.79/hour or $58,510 - $61,692/year plus monthly commission
• Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for ONE SCCU Annual Bonus.

Work Schedule

• Monday- Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
