Business Support Analyst
Summary of the role
The Business Support Analyst provides financial and commercial support to the LATAM region and Inside Sales Americas. The role is responsible for evaluating commercial proposals and business cases in line with group financial guidelines, supporting negotiations with the commercial teams, and ensuring proper governance and compliance prior to contract signature. The position also plays a key role in financial planning activities, including budget and forecast preparation, performance monitoring, incentive planning, and KPI tracking, while acting as a trusted partner to key regional stakeholders.
In this role you'll
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, commercial finance, or related roles, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable business insights
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with commercial and finance teams across regions
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and escalate when neede
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of financial planning and reporting tools (ERP/controlling systems is a plus)
