Job Description

IDR is seeking a Business System Analyst III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver or Minneapolis. This role supports the Service Management Organization within a highly regulated industry, focusing on bridging business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions and enhancing service delivery processes.

Position Overview for the Business System Analyst III:

Support the Service Management Organization by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate complex business requirements into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Facilitate requirements sessions, develop user stories, and collaborate on process improvements.
Assist in backlog management, Agile delivery, and change management activities.
Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live support for ServiceNow projects.

Requirements for the Business System Analyst III:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from highly regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, Service Catalog, BCM, SecOps, SPM, HRSD, or Automation.
Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management and governance.
