Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes. Support project management activities by providing insights and updates on project status and risks.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Expertise in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.Knowledge of emerging banking technologies and digital transformation trends.Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
