Senior IT Business Systems Analyst a € OT CybersecurityPosition SummaryThe Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will support the OT Security Program by partnering with OT,IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technicalrequirements. This role focuses on translating operational and security needs into clearrequirements, use cases, and process documentation to support informed decisiona €`making andeffective solution delivery, while contributing to the reduction of operational risk and improvementof the OT security posture.Key Responsibilitiesa €¢ Analyze OT business processes and requirements to support the design, implementation, andenhancement of the OT security programa €¢ Partner with OT, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders to gather, document, andcommunicate business and technical requirementsa €¢ Coordinate initiatives and project activities across OT, IT, cybersecurity, and vendorstakeholdersa €¢ Provide operational support by investigating and resolving system and integration issues in OTenvironmentsa €¢ Deliver training, demonstrations, and support adoption of new and enhanced OT securitysolutionsa €¢ Develop and maintain documentation, including operating procedures, workflows, systeminterfaces, and process diagramsa €¢ Recommend process, control, and technology improvements based on metrics, findings, andresiliency gapsRequired / Desired Skillsa €¢ Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills,particularly in OT environmentsa €¢ Experience coordinating initiatives and projects across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teamsa €¢ Hands on experience with system testing, including integration and regression testinga €¢ Experience supporting customers and resolving production or operational issuesa €¢ Ability to develop training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, and walkthroughsa €¢ Experience working within Agile delivery methodologiesa €¢ Familiarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ChangeGear)a €¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Visioa €¢ Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
